Yangjiang Gongqing Lake Garden Project (under construction)
This project is located by Gongqing Lake in Yangjiang City, with a total land area of approximately 210,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 420,000 square meters. The main development includes 304,000 square meters of residential buildings, 8,000 square meters of public facilities, 28,000 square meters of above-ground parking garages, 79,000 square meters of underground spaces, and indoor supporting facilities. The project is dedicated to creating a high-quality, park-style residential community suitable for both the elderly and children, with vibrant seasonal landscapes.
Yangjiang Main Platform Industrial New Space (PhaseⅠ)
The Yangjiang Main Platform Industrial New Space Project (Phase 1) is located in Yangjiang Coastal New Area (Yangjiang High-Tech Zone), with a total land area of 94,400 square meters. The main construction includes a 10-story comprehensive service office building for the park, three 5-story R&D factory buildings, two 5-story residential support buildings, and three 3-story high-standard factory buildings, with the largest single building covering an area of 36,000 square meters. This project aims to create a "one-stop" modern industrial park integrating R&D, production, and living facilities.
Zhujiang International Kerry Hotel
The Guangzhou Zhujiang International Innovation Center project is located in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. It is divided into four functional zones, including a hotel, office building, industrial building, and commercial area. The total land area is 52,702 square meters, and the total building area is 303,939 square meters. The total building area of the hotel part is about 40,000 square meters. The hotel guest room area is 18,525 square meters. The total construction period is 184 calendar days.
DoubleTree of Hilton Fuchun Resort
Formerly known as the original Shenzhen Du Zhidu Hotel, the hotel has 23 floors. There has always been a grand plan to build the most iconic hotel in Bao'an District and even Shenzhen. The renovation project of Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen covers all guest rooms and suites(including bathrooms), all-day dining restaurants and conference rooms. The hotel's exterior wall will also be redesigned and repaired to complete the magnificent transformation of this landmark hotel with a brand new look. The acceleration of the development schedule of FourPoints by sheraton Shenzhen. As a word-renowned international brand hotel, the entry of Marriott brand also plays an important role in promoting the commercial value and competitiveness of the region.
